Description

Steam distilled from the leaves of the perennial herb, sage essential oil is a clear liquid with a medium top fragrance note. Its aromas are warm, herbaceous and spicy, and aside from its culinary use, is mostly used to relieve stomach upset or digestive discomfort. One of the more potent essential oils, it is recommended to dilute at a maximum strength of .4%. Helps to relieve mental fatigue, center the mind and balance the metabolism. Used in spiritual practice to enhance awareness and to assist in the achievement of trance states, its aromas support feelings of comfort and relaxation.

**Should not be used by those suffering from epilepsy.
***Avoid use completely during pregnancy and while brestfeeding.

Directions
  • Diffuse 2-3 drops per 100ml of water to clear unwanted energy in your space and promote a peaceful serene atmosphere
  • To relieve coughing, dilute 1 drop each of Sage, Peppermint and Rosemary with a teaspoon of carrier oil. Apply to throat, chest and back
