Description

Steam distilled from the leaves and flowers of the plant, patchouli essential oil is a clear, medium yellow liquid with a medium base fragrance note. Its earthy, smoky, musky, spicy and exotic aroma is incense like and instantly recognizable. Its use dates to 18th century Asia, when it was used to scent fabrics for shipping, prized for its efficiency in repelling moths and other insect infestations. Diffuse for a relaxing sense of peace and calm; used in meditative practice to align the chakras, release negative feelings and insecurities and to ground the psyche in the moment. Dilute in carrier oil for use in skin care preparations or as a deodorant.

Amazing

This is one of the best-smelling patchouli oils I've ever used! It's really strong, but not overpowering. Some patchouli oils give me a headache, but this one didn't. Plus, the scent lasts forever on your skin.
